This super easy to make Baked Ravioli dish won’t disappoint! Packed with rich flavors and topped with cheese, this will be a new fave weeknight dinner in your home. Plus, it can be made in 30 minutes or less!
Ingredients:
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano or 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 (24 ounce) jar of marinara sauce
- 2 pounds store-bought cheese ravioli
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, add seasonings and cook until onions are softened.
- Add tomato and cook until softened. Add marinara sauce and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, breaking up the tomatoes.
- Cook ravioli in a pot of boiling water just until they float; drain.
- Toss sauce and ravioli together in a baking pan. Top with cheeses.
- Bake 15-25 minutes until cheese is melted through.
