Watermelon Fries with Coconut Lime Dip
Watermelon fries are a fun summer treat! Kick it up a notch by adding some lime juice and Tajin with a side of cool coconut lime yogurt for dipping. It’s the perfect snack to enjoy poolside and at all the summer cookouts and BBQ’s!

Ingredients
Watermelon Fries

watermelon
Juice of 1 lime
Tajin, to taste
Dip
1
cup
coconut yogurt
1
tbsp
coconut cream
Zest and juice of 1 lime
Instructions
Watermelon Fries
Remove rind from the watermelon. Cut watermelon into fry-like sticks.
Place watermelon fries on a serving plate. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with Tajin Classic Seasoning.
Dip
In a small bowl, combine coconut yogurt, coconut cream, lime juice and zest.
Serve and enjoy!

Some key points to choosing a ripe watermelon:
Look for a yellow spot on one side.
Make sure the stem is brown.
Tap the watermelon to make sure it sounds hollow.
