This 3-ingredient raspberry chia seed jam is a great healthy alternative to store-bought jam! It's made with 3 healthy, all-natural ingredients and it's super quick and easy to make!
Heat raspberries in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until they are heated through and begin to break down and bubble. Mash the raspberries to your desired consistency.
Stir in the chia seeds and lemon juice until well combined. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of sweetener, if needed.
Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. The jam will thicken a lot as it cools down.
Store in a glass jar and refrigerate for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
