Puerto Rican hot dogs are piled high with ground beef, onions, mayo-ketchup, and papitas (potato sticks). The ingredient that stands out, in my opinion, are the onions which are cooked in a savory sauce infused with sofrito, tomato sauce, and ketchup. These hot dogs are next-level delicious!
