Homemade sazón comes together easily with spices you probably have in your pantry. I love making a batch of sazón Puertorriqueño to have on hand whenever I need it. When stored properly, it can last up to 3 years.
Add all spices to a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
To achieve a smoother consistency, you may blend the spices in a food processor or sift with a sieve.
Use a funnel to pour the sazón into a glass jar.
You may store the rest in an air tight container for up to 3 years.
TIP: Use 2 teaspoons to substitute 1 sazon packet.
