To prepare meatballs, add ground chicken and all the other ingredients (except chicken broth) in a bowl and mix together until well combined.
Shape mixture into meatballs, about 15 medium or 8-10 large.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add meatballs to skillet and sear until brown on all sides. About 2-3 minutes on each side.
Add 1/2 cup of broth and cover. Simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes or until meatballs are fully cooked through.
Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add PF Chang’s Mongolian style BBQ sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add meatballs and toss them so they are evenly coated with sauce.
Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
