Caramel apple grapes are grapes dipped in caramel and topped with crushed peanuts, just like traditional caramel apples! I put my own spin on this recipe by putting the caramel grapes on a lollipop stick!
Add caramels to a small saucepan over low heat. Add milk a little at a time. Stir frequently until caramel is melted and smooth. Make sure the caramel is runny so that the coating on the grapes isn't thick.
Dip grapes in caramel and twirl until all of the excess caramel drips off. Top with crushed peanuts quickly before the caramel sets. If the peanut aren't sticking, just pat them on gently.
Place grapes on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate until caramel sets.

Notes
Tips:You’ll want the caramel to be a bit runny because if the caramel is too thick, the coating will be too think and will drip off of the grapes. A thin coating is best so that the caramel can stay in place and set more quickly. To thin out the caramel, just add more milk.If you are dipping grapes individually, try dipping them a little less than halfway. That will ensure the caramel stays in place. If you are threading grapes onto a lollipop stick like I did, dip and twirl the grapes until the excess caramel drips off. If your toppings don't stick, just pat them on gently.
