Watermelon Fries with Coconut Lime Dip

Watermelon fries are a fun summer treat! Kick it up a notch by adding some lime juice and Tajin with a side of cool coconut lime yogurt for dipping. It’s the perfect snack to enjoy poolside and at all the summer cookouts and BBQ’s!

Ingredients
  

Watermelon Fries

  • 1 watermelon
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Tajin, to taste

Dip

  • 1 taza coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime

Instructions
 

Watermelon Fries

  • Remove rind from the watermelon. Cut watermelon into fry-like sticks.
  • Place watermelon fries on a serving plate. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with Tajin Classic Seasoning.

Dip

  • In a small bowl, combine coconut yogurt, coconut cream, lime juice and zest.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Some key points to choosing a ripe watermelon:
  1. Look for a yellow spot on one side.
  2. Make sure the stem is brown.
  3. Tap the watermelon to make sure it sounds hollow.
