Gingerbread Smoothie Recipe
This gingerbread smoothie tastes just like gingerbread cookies but in smoothie form with warm flavors of cinnamon, ginger and cloves.

- 1 taza leche de coco or milk of choice
- 1/2 taza condensed coconut milk sweetened
- 1 banana, frozen can sub with apple
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp canela
- 1/8 tsp clavos
- 1 taza ice
- whipped cream, for topping opcional
- gingerbread cookies, for garnish opcional
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a gingerbread cookie. Enjoy!
