When you hear the word lingerie, you typically think bedroom right away, right? But lingerie doesn’t necessarily have to be worn only to bed. There are lots of different ways to wear lingerie in public without making yourself look or feel vulgar or uncomfortable. Here’s how to do it.
- Wear a lace camisole or corset under a tailored suit.
For a more professional look, opt for a tailored suit to pair with a lace camisole or corset. You can control how much of your lingerie you want to reveal by buttoning or unbuttoning your blazer. Your outfit will look well put together while adding a bit of sexy to your overall look!
- Pair a lace teddy with ripped jeans and an oversized scarf or shawl.
Pairing a delicate piece like a lace teddy with ripped or boyfriend jeans makes your outfit edgy yet casual. Add a large scarf or shawl to drape over your shoulders and you’ve got a cool and sexy outfit for date night or a night out with the girls!
- Wear a bralette under an oversized denim jacket.
A lace bralette worn under an oversized denim jacket is just the right amount of sexy with a ton of comfort. Again, you control how much or how little you want to show, and who doesn’t love the look of an oversized denim jacket!? If you are a bit on the modest side, pair with high waisted jeans so that only a bit of skin shows and you are good to go!
- Wear a lace teddy with dress pants.
A lace teddy looks great when paired with well-tailored dress pants. Throw on some high heels and grab your favorite clutch and you’ve got a super sexy outfit for a romantic date night or fun night out on the town!
