White Castle Sliders Copycat Recipe

Who isn’t obsessed with White Castle sliders? They are literally the most delicious, melt in your mouth sliders to ever exist! Here’s how to make these sliders at home. Trust me, this is the real deal recipe!

How to make White Castle sliders?

This copycat recipe only calls for 6 ingredients and makes 12 perfectly bite-sized, melt in your mouth burgers. Many people question the peanut butter in the recipe. Honestly, it adds such a nice texture to the beef, I definitely wouldn’t skip this ingredient. The onions also give the beef great flavor. I suggest following the recipe as is to replicate the delicious sliders from White Castle.

Another thing I love about this recipe is that the sliders are baked in the oven and not grilled. This results in super juicy burgers that melt in your mouth, just like the classic White Castle sliders.

Can I freeze these White Castle sliders?

Yes you can! Just pack your leftovers into freezer safe ziplock bags and freeze for up to one month. When you’re ready to eat them, thaw completely in the refrigerator and then microwave them for even reheating. Pro tip: cover the sliders with a wet paper towel when reheating.
