Creo que la malanga es un sustituto perfecto para la yautia, ya que el perfil de sabor es similar. Las alcapurrias hechas con malanga me saben casi igual que las que son hechas con yautia. It makes the process so much easier and the alcapurrias turn out perfect every time! However, it takes practice. Follow my steps carefully to avoid making the mistakes I made my first time trying this method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"> Coloca un poco de masa en el molde de silicona. Aseg\u00farate de que la masa cubra la carne por completo. Cocine las alcapurrias a fuego bajo a medio para que se cocinen completamente sin quemarse por fuera. Creo que fre\u00edr es el mejor m\u00e9todo para obtener alcapurrias cocidas uniformemente y de un hermoso color dorado.
